Mosby's international edition or US edition?

Hi everybody,

I was looking to buy Mosby's but found out there is an international edition which is paperback( I think) and a US edition. Is there any difference between them? Which one do we really need to study from?

Also, if anyone is selling there material, please let me know.. I want to buy it ASAP.
