Speaking of Disney employees though, a friend had a job there dressing up as Chip the chipmunk. He had to sign this form stating that he would, under no circumstances, ever take off his costume in front of the public (something about traumatizing kids, I guess 😛). He got heat stroke in 100+ degree weather and had to repeatedly vomit inside his costume. Yummy.
