Anyone hear from MSSM lately (who interviewed after the new year?)

Their turnaround time is about 4 weeks?

oh, and for all of you that are desperately trying to compare MSSM and NYU:
housing.
Sinai's is comfortable (amazing if you're familiar with NYC)
NYU's is back to dorm life. (hopefully that new building will be better - and available).
They're both roughly the same price.

sinai's dorm is right next to the subway tracks though. freaking loud as heck...but i heard that you get used to them.

Actually, the face of the building that's directly adjacent to tracks houses only one suite of each floor. The majority of the suites are shielded from the tracks and can't hear much of anything.

My luck being great as it is, my student host ended up being in that one suite, so I had to spend the night before my interview right next to the tracks. I thought it would be miserable, but in actuality I barely noticed the train and slept like a baby.

That said, the suites at MSSM blow away the housing at P&S and NYU. I can't speak for Cornell since I didn't apply there.

That's not the subway, those are amtrak's lines. Subway runs on lexington, several blocks away.

Amtrak lines and Metro-North. I lived in one of those suites for a year on the 4th floor. You never notice the trains.

Sinai housing is not that far from dorm life either, what with 4-6 person suites. The upper duplexes are party central.

Meeeeemmmmories...
