I submitted my Mount Sinai secondary on Aug. 9th and my credit card was billed on the same day for their $105 fee....so almost 2 months ago. Then I didn't hear a peep from them until last Friday - they sent me an email saying "We have not received your completed supplemental application...blah blah" - basically seeing if I'm still interested.

I'm going to call them on Monday to ask them what's up, but I just wanted to know if anyone else is in the same position or if I'm the only one who somehow pressed the wrong part of the "submit" button.

That email sounds pretty much like the one everyone received recently, and Mount Sinai told people who called that it was a glitch.

Yep thats true.....and make sure your file is complete.....it may be missing something and hence the delay....
