Hello All,
Does anyone know the process or where to look for moving out of the US after graduation and/or residency? In particular moving to the Bahamas or Virgin Islands?

Studyman,
You may want to check with the local embassies for the respective countries. I also find the following site useful: http://www.towd.com
to search for government offices, or for Tourism Offices for Countries other than the USA; or, for the USA if you're referring to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Call the Medical schools out there. Many times they hire doctors part time to teach. Good source of income. Tax free.

But just so you know, I understand that the Islands have too many doctors. so it may not be easy to move there and practice.

I did see an advertisement once in a medical job site for a doctor with a minimum of 3 years experience in Primary care to work in the US virgin Islands.

that would be a cool job to have for a while.
