I am originally from Tennessee and moved back after graduation last may. I graduated from a Florida school and am in a long term relationship with a woman living in Florida. I am in the planning stages of moving back within the next few months but that leaves me in somewhat of a confusing spot as far as applying for medical schools. Ideally I want to turn in my application on June 7, the first day you can submit. Any suggestions of what to list as my state of residency or primary addresses? How will this change affect my chances in each state respectively? How do I navigate this situation as far as applications and interviews in general?

Since you moved back to Tenn. your residency is there currently. If you were to move back to Florida then the address in florida would be your primary address.
