MPH-dual degree or MPH-MBA(or MHA)???

Hello respected forum gurus and members,
I'm an international med grad from India, planning to apply for MPH fall 2009. I have started the SOPHAS application, yet to take the GRE and TOEFL(I know im late 🙁).

I am interested in epidemiology and maternal and child health; and in the management aspect of it all too...yes,😕

I wonder if someone could tell me which schools are flexible about doing dual degrees, and which schools are good??ofcoz i see the rankings and and all that....and how hectic does the coursework get with the dual degree???

another quick question, how difficult is it for International applicants to get RA/TA jobs??or maybe even financial aid / scholarships??

yes..you might be really too late for the fall..as most of the good schools have their deadlines in dec/jan..

have to finish early dude..and moreover toefl takes like 3-4 weeks to report ur scores, and even the official gre needs arnd the same time..

so gear up and try to do it earlier and just dnt do the blunder of applying to some c grade universities as they will accept you even when most of the deadlines are gone!!!!!!

go fot he real good ones.. i am a doctor too, and an international student as well.. there is no use just going to some XYZ university just for the sake to be in america.. america never matters ,,what mattrs is where you study and specially at the time of job and internship as an international student..
when you are a doctor, and have good past record and spending so much money from your pocket..when i can do the gre being a medical person, so can you..just gear up..its far easy than anat/iochem.. ha ha ha

i am telling all this out of experience,,,, hope you undertsnad!!
