MPH Programs with Year-Round Matriculation?

Does anyone know of any MPH programs which processes applications on a year-round basis, and allow applicants to matriculate into any one of three semesters (i.e. fall, winter, summer)?

I think George Washington does. At least fall and spring for sure.
