MPH schools not accredited

Please tell me what is the disadvantage of doing MPH from a school not accredited by CPEH? what is the difference between doing MPH from schools accredited by CPEH and the ones not accredited? Please help me

For anyone responding, can you also maybe touch on how much importance the name will carry for which school you go to? For example, if you go through an accredited program that doesn't make the top of the lists (I am looking at Des Moines online program...), how much of an impact will that really be when trying to get a job after? Likewise, if you go through a program that isn't accredited, how much will that hurt you?
