MSPE release and interviews

Question: for the programs I have not heard anything from yet (a bunch of them!) do you think they were waiting for the MSPE (Dean's letter) to be released to them on ERAS today before they decide to send me a yey or nay letter? also, does it mean anything if I see on myERAS that they downloaded my MSPE (i.e. does it mean they are still considering me as a candidate) or do they get downloaded automatically???

My program does wait for the Dean's letter before they send invitations, so this could be the case.
