Why the frak do fellowship programs want to see my MSPE (Dean's Letter) from med school? I've been practicing as an attending, I'm board certified, residency trained, etc etc etc. At this point what benefit is there to seeing the comments made by my 3rd year family medicine preceptors (and all of the other gems in the MSPE)?
I'm only grumpy about this because it's a pain in the butt to get this from my school, get it uploaded, and coordinate all of the other paperwork from my deployment base in Afghanistan.
I hated putzing around with ERAS 6 years ago and it's just as annoying now.
