Is Mount Sinai part of NYU's program? I've heard this, and also how competitive are admission to this school comparatively?

Is Mount Sinai part of NYU's program? I've heard this, and also how competitive is this school comparatively?

Mt. Sinai is affiliated with the NYU undergrad, but it is separate from the NYU medical school. I'm fairly certain that Mt. Sinai is getting other affiliation, though.
