MSW working in the military/UK

So, I was wondering if anyone has any experience working with an MSW in the military?

I have heard of people getting their MSW and working as a "civilian" but under the military. I hope that makes sense.....

I think I would enjoy it.
Also does anyone have any exp. of being recruited by the UK agencies from USA to work over there?
I've searched and found forums and sites such as UkPro that recruit people and it seems feasible.

So if anyone has any information, I would appreciate it.

oh, and one other item....
If I did pursue this MSW in the military option,
would I have to shave my head?
I think if I was a civilian working under them, I would not have to

I will be 26 by the time I have my MSW ( I feel so old ), not sure if this matters in the military's eyes or not....
