Mt. Sinai/NYU December Interviewees

For those who interviewed at Mt. Sinai or NYU in December, have any of you received word yet?

you probably won't hear NYU for awhile at least. I interviewed at Sinai 2 weeks ago and no word back yet.

early - Dec - Sinai - haven't heard back (except that I'd hear sometime at the end of Jan)

I did NYU in December. They said then that none of the interviewees would hear until Jan. 15, and that those of us who were interviewing in mid-December could probably expect it to take a little longer than that.

We had a thread about this a while ago. NYU has already started to send out acceptance letters.

yup... i'm one of those very lucky ones. interviewed at NYU the first week of dec and got an acceptance 3 weeks later. my first and only one so far!!! good luck everyone!

I believe NYU sends acceptances only to its most liked candidates before Jan. 15th, while the rest will have to wait till after that date to hear back. Meanwhile, Mount Sinai is more truly rolling, as it has been sending decisions about once a month for the past few months. I was accepted in mid-December after a November interview, so I'd predict that the next acceptance date should be mid to late-January.

Thanks for the responses everybody. I interviewed the first week of December at both schools and am anxiously checking my e-mail every couple of minutes. But I suppose patience is a virtue. :-D

I interviewed in mid-dec at Sinai and got my acceptence the following week even though we were told it would be 2 months.

I am, as potuhusky, one of the lucky ones as well........I interviewed at NYU on the 5th of Dec and just got an acceptance email yesterday (Jan 12th).......congrats potuhusky!!!!!
