Everything that was intended to be released on the 15th was sent out yesterday. Expect things to resume after the holidays in early January. Anyone is welcome to PM me with specific questions about their application. Congratulations to all that heard and to those who haven't, remember that there is still a long ways to go.

MY DREAMS HAVE COME TRUE!!!! I Have been accepted!! This is my 4th time applying and I finally got in!!! I got my acceptance tonight at 7pm tonight via email!!!

I too received an acceptance yesterday evening. I'm IS. Interviewed in October. Keep your hopes up!

Received a call from admissions today.... not an acceptance but he did say musc admissions are meeting tonight! Not sure what it means

Hi! I know sometimes there are current students on these threads. Does anyone know if it’s possible to visit MUSC and have a tour? Or even just walk around the campus and get a feel for the school

Not letting people tour right now. As someone who is very familiar with the facilities, I'll sum it up by saying the classrooms and labs are nothing special, but the clinics are really nice.
 
Does anyone know when the next round of acceptances/waitlist will go out?

Interesting to me that you'd make those comments about our facilities as a current applicant who hasn't utilized our labs and classrooms to the extent of a dental student, but I'll give you the benefit of doubt. Text tone can be misinterpreted. You're not as anonymous as you think you are on these forums.

There are no in-person tours at the moment, but I encourage you to take a look at our virtual tour and student testimonials. Campus is "open" but you will not have access to any buildings without a badge. Losing the classroom setting was a huge let-down because of COVID, but we are fortunate to still able to utilize our clinics and simulation lab. Our Campus

Thank you so much!! I didn’t know there was a virtual tour option or if the “campus” was open (if I were to come to Charleston to just walk around). Thank you!! ❤️

I'm sure everything changes as countless hours are spent in these facilities. By "nothing special," I just mean the classrooms and labs look to be on par in comparison with other dental schools I've been to and seen. I'm not knocking it or being disingenuous about it. I'll be honest and transparent with anyone who is looking for help.
 
Received a denial letter today at 12:13pm via email. Congratulations to those who were accepted and best wishes to those still under consideration!
