MWU AZ Supplementary App

I received an email from MWU-AZ directing me to fill out the supplementary application. I'm stuck on this question:

"7. Other than formal coursework, how have your experiences (e.g., extra-curricular activities, volunteer experiences, work, etc.) prepared you for dental school?"

I put a lot of thought, time and effort into addressing this question thoroughly in my PS, and I can't think of any other way to phrase my response other than what's already been said. Would it look terrible if I copied two paragraphs from my PS to answer this question? The character count is 1500, and my two paragraphs are 1300 so it's a perfect fit with a few minor adjustments to account for flow/tone.

Don't copy and paste. That looks lazy. Reword, throw in a different story, etc. that's what I had to do. But show that you at least put some time into it

They just reached out about filling out the supplementary app, which I think depends on when you e-submitted your app on ADEA AADSAS and how soon they received it.

I just received supplemental from Midwestern - IL and it seems to look exactly like Midwestern - AZ.
One thing I'm stuck on is "Do you plan on re-taking your DAT in the future?"
I haven't taken my DAT yet (I'll be taking it for the first time July 14th), I read somewhere that Midwestern doesn't hold applications (is this true?)
If so, should I not fill out my supplemental until I take my DAT? or should I just mark "Yes" and put July 14th as my date ?
