This email made me happy even though I think it's just a teaser sent to every applicant who interviewed at the school. It's the bolded part that made me feel happy/excited. Anyone else get this too? 🙂

"We hope your interview at Midwestern University went well and we welcome your questions concerning financial aid. The Financial Aid staff hopes you found the Financial Aid DVD useful during your visit. If you have questions for the Financial Aid Administrator, please use the following telephone number or email based on the first letter of your last name.

We've attached a link so you can review the Financial Aid DVD again and/or the Power Point presentation specific to your program which will give you a brief overview of your financial aid options at our institution.

Once you've made your decision to attend and/or been accepted to Midwestern University and questions arise, you will find it easy to access and review the information you need while at home at your leisure. When you pay your matriculation deposit you will be provided another link to a valuable presentation that explains in detail how to apply for financial aid. For students beginning summer or fall of 2012, the online application process for the 2012-2013 academic year will be available after January 1st, 2012. Until then, we welcome any questions or information you may need from us."

I interviewed at MWU-AZ (not MWU-IL), and I interviewed in September. When did you interview?

darn mine was at IL.. well maybe they both send that same thing who knows.. considering their interview invites sure as hell looked the same lol.. ur prob accepted congrats!

Hehe, some of my friends who interviewed at MWU-IL never got a post-interview email, and I really don't think MWU-IL sends one (only MWU-AZ does) 😕 Anyhow, I hope you're right! ...I'd feel like the happiest female alive 😀

Hehe, some of my friends who interviewed at MWU-IL never got a post-interview email, and I really don't think MWU-IL sends one (only MWU-AZ does) 😕 Anyhow, I hope you're right! ...I'd feel like the happiest female alive 😀

i dont think an email indicates anything. at MWU-IL they stated that the change on their portal (the midwestern portal) at 12Am on D-day will indicate an acceptance.

Yea, it's most likely just a teaser email. But it's nice to dream and wonder since no one from MWU-AZ interview responded to my thread yet, lol. Well, I'm guessing MWU-AZ will also change their portal for acceptances at 12am on D-day... but I don't recall them saying about that during my interview day. Anyhow, good luck! 🙂

thanks you too. I got a similar thank you email from buffalo and yes it drove me crazy lol i searched SDN and saw that it means nothing since a few people got it last year and were ultimately rejected from the school.

I guess we have to be patient till Dec 1. Its so close I can smell it LOL only 1.5 weeks or so.

I got one a while ago and I didn't feel like my interview went very well, so I don't think it means much.

I got the same email on Oct 25, and my interview was on Sept 27. Personally I'm not trying to read too much into the email, even with MWU being my top choice. It more than likely is an email that gets sent out to all interviewees. Now I'll have to ask a number of friends who also interviewed there.

Yesterday
