In 2015, I was granted an Authorization to Test. Before I took my exam, I bought and resold once a digital copy of RXPrep that claimed to have "actual NAPLEX exam question." The purchaser was the CA BOP. NABP suspended me for only 6 months, but CA suspended me for 3 years. This 3 years was up and I recently reapplied. They denied me due to having committed and act of dishonesty/fraud. I also applied in Washington 2 years ago and was denied for a similar reason. I will be filing and appeal but not sure what to do at this point. Please DO NOT cite the appeal process on the Board of Pharmacy's website or tell me to apply in another state. PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS.

Can you clarify what you mean by "claimed to have actual naplex questions".....did you sell a copy with that claim , or did you buy a copy with that claim?
