Though I am not a resident...I dont think if anybody comes in here and tells u that u dont have a chance...u will give up. So just move on and do what u have to do. I believe pple have ever had less credentials and made it.I have come to understand American Culture...it isnt only about grades.They look at the whole package...the research Assistantship....will u get the chance to publish? will u come into contact with a lot of faculty that can write letters of recommendations or make calls on your behalf?
I say u have a chance with the research...just make the best use of it.
