I'm in my fourth year attending university in Canada. I'm a biological sciences major and I have an OGPA of 3.15 and a SGPA of 3.11. I took the Canadian DAT and these are my scores:

AA: 19
RC: 20
BIO: 18
CHEM: 19
ST: 18
PAT: 19
Soap Carving: 18

Hopefully I can bump up my GPA with this last year. My third year GPA for the fall semester was 3.4 and winter semester was 3.74. I screwed up my first year in school so it's very likely that my GPA will go up with my final year.

I'm a Canadian applicant as well. I had an overall gpa of 3.3 i believe last year when i applied and i got no responses.

ur dat scores were close to my scores when i first wrote my dat.

Good luck!

Are you applying this cycle? Have you submitted the application? if not try a shot next year.

your gpa is below average your DAT is about average, but you are not US student, also you are limited to apply to private schools and within this limit you have to apply to schools that accept canadian DAT.

I don't know about your EC.

But you have an upward trend in GPA, and dental school admission is not only number game but there are lots of other factors that are equally important such as EC, personal statement, interviews.

So what are your chances? I don't know and nobody knows. Just try your best.

If you are asking about Canadian schools... your chances are slim. There average GPA is much, much higher than yours.

If you are asking about American schools... your chances are still slim. Being international and having not taken the American DAT are both working against you.

What about Australian schools? Specifically Melbourne or Sydney.
