Read the full passages with writing key words then solve questions. - I didn't have time to solve 3rd passage.
a couple of things that may help you next time.
1) don't READ the passages SCAN them...the test is purposely set up so you don't have enough time to read the full passage and answer the questions, so scaning or search/destroy is your best option.
i'm guessing you were using Kaplan's Roadmap strategy here, where Kaplan suggests separating the passages by paragraph, and writing down the main idea of each paragraph as well as keywords from each paragraph, so you know where to look to find the answers to each question. i used the same strategy, and got faster with practice (although i didn't practice enough). i would try to do a passage or two each week during your studying, and by test day you should be really comfortable with the material.
alternatively, you can try the search and destroy method...where you don't scan the passages at all, or just read the first/last paragraph before going to the questions and quickly searching for the answers to the questions. just be forewarned, that with this method TONE questions should be skipped and saved until the end, because it is difficult to answer tone questions without being exposed to the majority of the passage.
2) try to spend about 8-10 minutes scanning/key words and 10-12 minutes on questions for each passage, for a total of 20 minutes/passage.
if you aim for 20 minutes per passage you should be on time to finish. keep in mind that some passages may take a little longer than others, but if you are running 25 or 27 minutes on the first passage, you should realize at this point that you'll need to RUSH through the last two passages to finish.
3) if you are running out of time. under one or two minutes, scan each of the remaining questions and GUESS.
not sure if you were able to put an answer for each question, but guessing is better than leaving a question blank...remember with multiple choice tests you have a 25% chance of getting questions correct, even with blind guesses! so guess on any remaining questions if you realize you are going to run out of time before finishin them all.
main point: practice, practice, practice in a real time situation, and time yourself during your practice tests to improve your timing on the real thing.
