I need help!
So I was sending an 'in the area' email to several medical schools, and stupidly, I forgot that they have thanksgiving break too. Anyways, my email went something like as follows:
[FONT='PrimaSans BT,Verdana,sans-serif']To Whom It May Concern,
I understand that interview invites are only given to a select few candidates, but I wanted to let the admissions department know that I will be in the NYC area from Nov. 25-29. If I am given the opportunity to interview, and if this scheduling is at all possible, could this occur during that time slot?
Thanks a lot!

Greetings!
We understand that you will be in New York City November 25-29 and have requested that we look into the possibility of interviewing you then. We try to accommodate applicants such as yourself, who have been selected for interview, because we are aware of how expensive traveling can be. However, we will not be interviewing during those dates as it is the Thanksgiving holiday. Please let us know if you are planning another trip to NYC. Our interview season extends from mid-September to the end of February and we do not have rolling admissions to give everyone an opportunity before the class is selected.
We thank you for your continued interest in our medical college..
Keep in mind that this is the first time I've heard back from that school since they sent me a completion email. What does this mean?
Should I email them back with a date earlier or later?
