from 9AM to 10PM studying 2 wks ago -> now it's wake up @ 1pm, study from 2pm to 5AM(!). (w/ breaks of course)

im focked!! i cant seem to go back to wake up at 6AM mode.. 6AM is when i go to bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
 
Pull a 30-35 hour day. That'll get you back. On a side note, ran into your UCSD thread from 3 years ago 10 minutes ago.
 
I"m in the same boat. Used to be up at 6am and bed by 10pm. Now I'll be happy if I sleep by 2am and I get up at like 11am. Just have a horrible time falling asleep. And I have these dreams about stuff from FA!! NOT KIDDING!! I think it's safe to say I'm chalking it up to stress. I'm planning on taking a long jog and getting totally tired physically. Hopefully that'll help. Maybe you should try it.
 
Don't do the 30-35 hour day thing, that'll just mess with your timing. You'll take a nap, bu wake up a few hours later, not really correcting yourself. The only way I've found to do it is to wake up at 6:00 am, regardless of when you went to sleep. The first day you'll just be really tired, the second day you'll pass out btw 10-11 pm and then wake up the next morning realtively well rested.
