My university requires 128 credits to graduate

122 at mine.

i would imagine it depends on how many credits an average class is. at mine it's 3, but at many others it's 4.

Emory is 128 minimum

the difference between 128 and 120 is what...2 classes? might even be the difference of only a thesis a requirement in some cases. not a big deal.

The school I'm transferring to requires 124 and then 60 cultural credits which are filled by basically going to recitals, book readings, concerts, lectures, community events and the like. I've never heard of anything like this but I hear it is EXTREMELY easy to get the registrar to count something as "cultural"

Most degrees at my university are 128 hrs, except for engineering degrees, those are 138 hrs.

For my university, the standard is 120 credits with 60 in your major and 60 across the core curriculum and other electives. For my major, the number was a range from 131-143. According to my AMCAS, I had 142 credits. It was a lot more at my respective institution because I was a double major and some of the courses I took double counted.

The typical requirement at my school is 120 (most programs). I need 150ish but I have more than one major.

That's what I had at a school with semesters (but only 120 were required -- I think...). I took 5 years, but I had 120 by the time I was a junior.

I got a great letter right before graduation threatening me that I wouldn't get any more financial aid because I had too many units.

120 at my school. i'll have 130-131 when i graduate.

haha yep UCLA required a minimum of 180 (and a maximum of 228 before they stop letting you take classes haha).... I graduated with well over 200

Wow, a biology degree at my school requires 136 credits minimum to graduate.

131 for ACS-verified chemistry
a little more for a biochem emphasis, a bio minor, and phil minor

all that adds up to about 160
