I took my DAT back in September and didn't get the score I hoped to. My retake is in January, and if I get a competitive score (19AA+) should I be a solid applicant? My experiences are as follows
-D1 Student Athlete; Volleyball (2 years, won a conference championship & went to the national championship tournament)
-Summer Health Professions Education Program (UAB); Ambassador as well
-Medical/Dental Preparatory Program (UConn)
-Recently became a member of the IDID Pipeline
-Biology and Physical Science tutor for my school's Honors College
-Worked as a dental assistant for 6 months
-Worked as a server at two different sports bars
-Worked as an Assistant Coach at my old AAU Volleyball club back home
-Joined my Professor's research group as an undergrad member back in September, and I will continue next semester
-Helped Charter a USNDA Chapter at my university
-Currently hold a leadership role in my school's Student Government Association
-Accepted an Manufacuring and Quality Science Internship at a Big Pharma company for summer 2022
-I have 500 assisting hours, around 100 shadowing hours, and 80ish volunteer hours

Relevant Awards, Etc: Dean's List every semester; All-Academic Team for our Athletic conference 2 years in a row; Also recieved a scholarship that covered my DAT test and prep expenses
all you need to do is do better on your dat
