NABP and BOP eligibility?

Hi, I applied to be a pharmacist in Missouri and the BOP said I was granted eligibility on the 24th. NABP says they never received anything from Missouri BOP and on NABP website, it still says eligibility requested, instead of eligibility approved/granted. I've contacted both and they keep pushing it to each other, MO BOP saying that they granted eligibility and to contact NABP, and NABP saying to contact BOP. I've been on the phone for about 3 hours now...
Has anyone been in this situation?
