Is it okay to name names of people on a personal statement?

I am writing in my PS about a time when I worked on a show... and was wondering if it would be a bad idea to write the real names of people on my PS... or if I should just say I was on some anonymous show. I just thought it might be good to say who i worked with to make my story credible, in case Adcoms don't think I'm some crazy person making up a story.

I know this is a really random if not stupid question... but any suggestions would be appreciated!

I think it's fine to mention first names of say, a friend, as long as you're not revealing very personal things about them. I've seen people mention full names if they're talking about professors or PIs.

I don't think it'd be a problem. There's not really a need to use the full name of most people though.
