Almost all of the questions I miss on any section of the MCAT seem to go like this, I narrow down answers to two choices, and then end up picking the wrong one.

I've been wondering for some time if this is typical of any specific problem? I hesitated to post this question for an entire year, assuming it was too vague, but here goes.

if you have two choices left and do not have any preference choose randomly.

objectively you have no clue which one is better so guessing such as "i think that read something like that and the textbook used the phrase similar to the one in B". i would not be surprised if some questions are specifically designed in a such a way as to lead students without solid knowledge astray.
