Was curious if anyone knew about how many Heme Onc fellowship slots the Navy has usually allowed per year.

Do a lot of residents apply to be FTOS for Heme Onc?

Typically one is accepted to Bethesda yearly but I am not sure if it was allowed to be filled at the last match. Several of the NMCP chief residents have gone on to Duke for heme/onc as FTOS. It all depends on manning. The heme/onc community is so small that the numbers can change significantly year to year.

Anyone know about the army? How many slots they have on a yearly basis?

At least 5 fellows per year at BAMC.

But you would know much more.
