Does anyone know when the "new format questions" will start counting towards your score for the NBDE part 1?!

Does anyone know when the "new format questions" will start counting towards your score for the NBDE part 1?!

I've heard that selecting one right answer and not selecting other answers from a multiple answer choice question will still be considered as a wrong answer.
