well i think it should be uvula cuz soft palate has to be sensitive to touch to elicit a gag reflex... tip of the tongue aint as imp a site for extra touch receptors as the soft palate.

Small cell Ca. of lung is the most common Ca. associated wid paraneoplastic syndrome... mainly acts as a source of exogenous ACTH and also causes SIADH and probably also secretes PTH like proteins (not sure) which causes hypercalcemia.
 
I think the answer is the tip of the tongue. Although the uvula and soft palate also sense touch but the sense of descrimination is the best in the tip of the tongue region and the point discrimination depends on the receptor population.
