NBDE 2 registration

Hi everybody, I saw that in the registration form online you need to / may choose different result recipients (dental schools that will receive your results).. do you know what's the importance of doing it now as opposed to sending it later on in the future?

If you take an exam just before applying to schools - it helps by saving you money, if you know where you plan to apply this year. If you take it between applications, not sure how helpful it will be
