NBDE I, is it worth to study USMLE Part I lectures, like GOljan, Dr. Francis ?

I am preparing my exam NBDE I on May. I live in ANn Arbor, if you are in the area, I would love to have study group together. DOn't care what race, indian, asian, white, black.... please email me at [email protected]

I also have questions, I am not a good reader, I graduated from dental school in 1996, and I took postgraduate at NYU until 1999, so it has been a while, I came out with the lectures, live lectures from Kaplan, Web prep, Goljan for Pathology lectures, and live lectures from Dr. Francis, I saw some of them and listened to them, the question is, is it worth to study those USMLE material for the NBDE Exam ? Please answer.. I am desperately wanted to know.
