So I am looking to take my Part 1 and have been studying on an off for awhile. I have a hard time getting myself to sit down and study for days/weeks/months straight.
I am wondering if anyone here can provide some of their experiences with scores on the ASDA released exams. I have heard that we only need to get ~60% on the NBDE Part 1 to get a "P" and that if I can consistently score 60% or higher on the 200Q released exams then I should be good to go? Does anyone have any input on this thinking and/or personal experiences or scores that they were getting prior to taking Part 1?
I am hearing that no matter what we will come out feeling bad and marking 100-200+ questions so studying too much for a "P" is not worth it but I also don't want to fail..
I think the rationale behind the 60% on practice tests was that each test also has lots of "testlets" or something which are really easy and will add free points? Anyone know if this is true? Are these questions easy and if so how many are there usually? 20? 50?
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
