i would HIGHLY recommend getting Dr. Acland Atlas Of Human Anatomy DVD, it's amazing especially when it comes to head & neck! It helped me a lot
i also used the USMLE Kaplan biochemistry videos, but take care these videos were made for MEDICAL students so i advise you study biochemistry first from the book and get oriented with what topic to be studied then watch the videos explaining these particular topics to avoid wasting time and effort on topics that you wont be tested in!
