Hi,
I have the NBDE part 1 Kaplan review book and some additional material. I also have the part 2 decks, kaplan review book, Question papers, GARDS papers, Review of dentistry all in the form of hard copy and not CDs.
I also have the foot control , high and slow speed hand pieces all of which are useful to paractice ofr the interview process and practical exams for the foreign trained dentists. I also have lots of burs and hand instruments which will be useful for the cavity and crown preparations.
All for very nominal price.
