NBME 7 vs Free 150

Taking my test this Friday, doing last round of review/ uworld wrongs. Was hoping to take one more test before, but not sure which one would be more beneficial. I've read the reviews of 7 and how it can affect your confidence, but exposure to difficult questions could help find weaknesses.

Either an offline version of NBME 7 ("tutor mode")

Or actual free 150 on timed.

Any feedback would be appreciated

If you have a really good average I would do the free 150. I think mindset is half the battle and I wouldn't risk doing poorly on it and then going in with a bad mindset.
