NBME base 140 is 240 + possible and how (exam in Dec or Jan)

Hey Guy does anyone have advice for me i don't remember much form Basic sciences should i dive in UW or do content review (resource suggestions) (which I'm doing rn taking me forever) and barely get a chance to do questions advice will be appreciated


2nd thing is when should i apply for ECFMG i heard it takes a long time for them to get back second thing i was wondering if i apply how long can my school keep my application pending since i haven't passed CBSE exam yet Thanks
