NBME neuro shelf exam

for those who have taken the nbme shelf exam for neuro, any advice on what I should focus on mostly (pharm/pathology etc) and also how much emphasis is there on imaging (my school hasn't done too much on things like MRI/CT)? also is brs neuroanatomy sufficient or is it too much? any tips would be much appreciated. thanks!

I took it last spring. Know how to localize lesions, do all of Pre-Test Neuro and do it well and you should be ok. It basically sucks alot
