DNA/RNA polymerase reads the template 3’->5’ direction. So the 5’ end of the complementary strand is synthesized first (cf. Ribosome reads the template 5'->3' direction). I just remember that ‘N’ terminus of the ‘n’ascent protein is synthesized first.

answer is B 100% Nothing contacts the M of mand Pm1, so it won't interfere with MI.

I would say heart, but I'm not sure. I remember something about aseptic embolisms originating from artificial valves or catethers placed in the heart.
