Near Perfect GPA, Horrible DAT...?

Alright guys, like the title says I have one semester to go and presently have a 3.93gpa and am scheduled to take the dat in a few days but I heard about dat boot camp and decided to give it a try. I was pretty bummed by the scores I was getting 13 and 14 for the gen chem and ochem and haven't even tried anymore after ochem. So my questions are is the dat boot camp's estimated score realistic and if it is do I stand much chance at getting into any dental schools? For the curious I made A's in all my chemistry classes.

dont get your hopes down but bootcamp tests are pretty tough. real test are easier. however, my bootcamp scores were similar to my real ones.

may be you werent similar to the question style? you get too comfortable with the questions you practice with? time management?

My scores were generally 1-3 higher than what I got in Bootcamp.

I wouldn't take my DAT if I was scoring under 15 on bootcamp.

I highly suggest you postpone your DAT and prepare for it

If you do poorly on the DAT, Id assume the adcoms would wonder how your GPA is so high (easy school, etc). Go practice more.

Postpone your DAT. A 13-14 on boot camp will pretty much get you a 14-15 on the DAT. Every score for mine was nearly identical. Take a month or two until your content with your practice scores. If you just rush to take it you will most likely need a retake and have to wait 90 days.

Have you done any review for the DAT at all or did you think that since your GPA is a 3.93 and that you made A's in all of your chemistry classes that you'd be good? Bootcamp was spot on for my scores. If your DAT is in a few days and you're scoring 13 and 14 on Bootcamp I would HIGHLY suggest you postpone and do was Faux et al are saying.
