Nebraska or University of Iowa??

Iowa vs Nebraska

I have been debating between these two schools and I can't make up my mind! I liked them both, but wanted to hear what others have to say about them. They both have similar priced tuition after scholarships for an out of state resident. I want to make up my mind and free up another spot for someone else. My plan as of now is to not specialize and own a private practice sometime in the future. Thanks in advance for the advice.
Nebraska (smaller class size, excellent board scores??)
Iowa (great research opportunities?)
