Hi, im a newbie and i hope u guyz don't get frustrated with my questions.

i want to apply to a Canadian med school, preferably in ontario since that's where i am going to live, God willing. i did high school in the states(im a US citizen) and have a 4 yr undergrad degree from pakistan. i have good marks, i guess they will have to do a conversion to figure what it would be in canadian gpa.

i know i will have to take the mcats once i move there, which is fine because in the year or so it takes for me to get PR status, i will prepare and write the mcats and then hopefully apply.

questions:

does my bachelors count?
will they hold it against me that i didn't do hs or undrgrad in canada? will it hurt my chances?
what are all the pre-reqs? i think they are diff from the states b/c i know u need o chem physics and calc in the states but when i was looking at
u of t, it just said 2 yrs of life sciences and a yr of humanites.. i now i will have to take physics and chem to do wll on the mcat but they dont have to be on my transcript do they?

any replies will be appreciated...
