hi!
I am a Doctor from India. I have degree of M.B.B.S, M.D in biochemistry and Ph.D in Biochemistry. and i have 25 years of teaching and research experience in biochemistry. I dont want to go through USMLE So anyone has any idea what are my chance of getting job here, where i should apply. Pls reply soon, i will really appriciate.
thanks.

This is the wrong forum, but you have no chance. You must take, and pass, all three steps of the USMLE. Then you must complete a residency.

There are no other options for you, even if you are the most skilled physician in the world.

20-30 years ago it would've been a different story. Not anymore . . .

You can easily get a job as a PhD and your clinical experience will add to your credentials. However, to practice medicine, you need to at least pass the USMLEs. To the best of my knowledge, there was only one doctor from Australia did not have to do a residency. He was recruited to one of the western states (not California) to be a chairperson, and a special rule was passed such that he only had to pass the USMLEs without having to go through residency again.
