I got my step 1 score yesterday and I got a 241. I know it's a fine score, but my assessments and uworld were all around 260+. As a result, I'm pretty disappointed and am anxious about where to go from here.
I know I'll be able to get matched, but I don't know what programs are on the table. I was hoping to go for a high level program in a major city (NYC, SF, etc), but now I'm sort of freaking out.
I know 3rd year is a huge factor, but based on my score, what expectations should I have?
