Alright heres my deal: Im a frosh and my 1st semester is almost over. I got two As in distribution classes and an A- in chem, FAILED precal (ik its bad). I had a hard transition into college, but there is no part of me giving up on myself and medicine. I know I can do it I just gave up on that class for some reason, but I don't need to hear criticism on that. I've found my motivation and got into my zone so I will never have a mishap like that ever again. I will retake precal this spring semester. PS: I know it really doesnt make a whole lot of difference, but are there an advantages to completing prereqs and taking MCAT before jr year, even though I will take the normal 4 years to graduate?

I need help on deciding on what I should take in the summer. Here are my choices:
a) Ochem I and II (each w/ lab)
b) Bio I and II (each w/ lab)
c) Calc I and II

I'd say OChem so you could focus on that alone

IMO Ochem I and II will be good 😛
