Need Help for NB2 Application

How do i go about applying for NB2? Do i need to send them my ECE and Toefl reports once again? What else is needed?please help me find out all this. Thanx.

The first time u apply for part 1 u do need to send them a copy of ECE report. The next time for part 2 its not necessary...
FYI its given in the ADA website under part 2 NBDE exam...

Thanx a lot chakri.i was not able to access this info on the ADA site.
can i see what the dates are before registering for the test online? or will I have to register first?

Its same like part 1..First u need to send an application and pay the fee for ada and i think they will send some confirmation letter as they did it for part 1 and then u will have to book the dates in the prometric services..
