Need Help regarding ECE

Hi
I had sent ECE thne transcripts from my university(muhs). But the evaluator is not satisfied with them . I also sent them my attempt certificate .I have cleared all the exams in one attempt. The evaluator told me that he will make a note on the report that the documents i submitted were from the college and were not official.
Has anyone been in such a situation?
i am not able to take part 1 due to all this delay.
Any suggestions as to what i can do?
Is it ok if ECE writeson my report that the documents are from the college?

Did u send the transcript from college only/ Ask them if they need the University marksheets....the one given by MUHS and not your college.......
I do not know if it is ohhkay, as the ECE will send the same copy to ADA and the ADA ppl might not accept that.
Try sending notarized University given markcards/marksheets......

Thanks for your info.
The problem is that i had sent them the university transcripts.
the college people had made my transcripts on the collge paper and what the university did was check those and seal themin an envelope .
The university seal is there on the transcripts envelope .
