Need help with LORs!

Hey guys,
So I asked two professors for LORs today, and they said yes right away. I am going to ask some more, and hopefully they will consent as well.
My question is, how exactly does this process work?
Do I compile the letters from all the professors, put them in sort of a packet, and mail it out to AADSAS after doing my application? Or does each individual professor need to send the letter to AADSAS electronically or via mail?
Personally, I'd rather collect all the letters, and mail them together with a cover sheet and everything, but is this even possible?

You should check with your science department and see if they can hold the letters of rec for you. At my university we can tell the professors to send the letters of rec to the college of science and they will hold them until they need to be submitted, or whatever else they may be needed for.
