Need help with Step 2 CS registration dates!

I am trying to register for Step 2 CS within 2016 but so far the available dates are only starting from Jan 2017. Is there a way to get an earlier date? Perhaps exchange with someone?

check4change firefox app lets you refresh constantly and alert you when there is change... plz learn to google
